How to Enroll in e-Statements
Enrolling for e-Statements is easy. Once you enroll in e-Statements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail, protecting your financial information and saving paper at the same time. Tell us you would like to receive your statement electronically, and we will send you a monthly e-mail when it is ready for viewing. Once you receive your e-mail, you will be able to view your statement (in PDF format) through your Bank of Alameda’s secure online banking access and even print or download it if you choose. If you decide you would like to resume receiving a paper statement, your e-Statement enrollment can be canceled at any time by contacting our Customer Service Center at 510-748-8000.
e-Statement Disclosure and User Agreement
To enroll you can do any of the following:
1) Call Bank of Alameda’s Customer Service Center at 510-748-8000 Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and request to be enrolled in e-Statements. Please be prepared to provide a valid e-mail address, the account number(s) for electronic statements, and identifying information.
2) Ask your Bank of Alameda Customer Service Representative next time you’re visiting the bank. They would be happy to sign you up on the spot.
3) E-mail our Customer Service Center at online@bankofalameda.com. Please put e-Statement Request as the subject. In the body of your e-mail please write your full name, phone number, and best time to be reached. We will call you to confirm your request and verify the account(s) statements you would like to receive electronically. Please do not include your account number(s) or other non-public information in your e-mail as e-mail is not secure.
4) Fill out this e-Statement Request Form and mail it to: Bank of Alameda Customer Service, P.O. Box Drawer F, Alameda CA 94501. Please do not send us this form via e-mail as it contains non-public information and e-mail is not secure.
